Duty Free Store Arrivals outlet opens in Zurich Airport

RBR Staff Writer Published 14 July 2011

Zurich Airport recently opened a 650 sq m Duty Free Store Arrivals outlet in its baggage hall 2. The idea is to allow passengers arriving from other countries to shop for perfumes, cosmetics and spirits at duty-free rates.

There are also plans to open a second store in baggage hall 1, according to TravelVideo.tv . The store is expected to cover a space of 1,000 sq m, and is slated for a 19 July 2011 opening. It will be the first walk-through duty-free concept store at Zurich Airport. The outlet will offer international brands of perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco products at low, tax-free prices.

Shoppers will need to make purchases with their flight boarding card stubs only, which must be presented during checkout.
