LS travel retail to open new Relay store in London

RBR Staff Writer Published 07 February 2012

LS travel retail plans to open a new Relay concept store at Cannon Street station in London UK, following an agreement with station operator, Network Rail.

The new 753f² store is scheduled to open in April and will offer a tailored range of news, magazines and souvenirs.

The new Relay store will be operated under a six-year lease, agreed with station owner and operator Network Rail and is said to be inspired by a new Asia Pacific format for Relay stores and adapted to the UK market, according to moodiereport.

LS travel retail UK & Ireland managing director Fin Casey said with their success of UK operations, they have developed a robust growth momentum over the past year, including a series of exciting new stores extending from London to Glasgow and are determined to continue on this positive path.
