WDFG unveils revamped Biza duty-free store at Manchester airport

Travel retailer World Duty Free Group (WDFG) has unveiled the renovated Biza Tax and Duty Free fascia store at Manchester Airport Terminal one.

As part of the renovation, the store's footprint reduced from 22,000ft² to 20,000ft² for an easier customer walkways and to enhance the customer experience.

The renovated store also boasts a number of new features, including a World of Whiskies shop-in-shop with more than 300 whiskey varieties including 200 new lines.

Also a fashion and accessories zone, with new brands including Burberry, Tiffany and Juicy Couture and freestanding units that house each pair of sunglasses in its own backlit compartment.

The retailer has also added a dedicated counter to high-end skincare brand Crème de la Me and an expanded counter for make-up brand Benefit and the implementation of the Cocoon skincare and spa concept, which features new brands to the location such as Shiseido and Biotherm.

WDFG has installed a contentainment area in the middle of renovated T1 store including a 24-screen Wonderwall and an events space.

WDFG operates 84 stores in the UK and the Channel Islands, primarily at airport locations, ranging from regional airports to international airport and everything in-between.
